You have a 30-day withdrawal period if the entire order or part of it is not to your convenience. To proceed with the return, the products delivered must be in perfect condition. They must be returned in their original packaging without having been used.
If you wish to return the entire order, all products must be returned, including gifts, if applicable.

1) The returned item is refunded.
2) A new order is processed for the item requested in the exchange.
