Refund and Exchanges

You have a 30-day withdrawal period if the entire order or part of it is not to your convenience. To proceed with the return, the products delivered must be in perfect condition. They must be returned in their original packaging without having been used.
If you wish to return the entire order, all products must be returned, including gifts, if applicable.

How long will it take to receive a refund for my return?
Thirty days from notification of the intention to return the order, provided that the desired products are sent in their original condition to our distribution center within a period of 30 days. You will receive an email notifying the refund procedure for your order from the company responsible for the payment.

When I exchange an item there are two transactions on my credit card. Because?
Exchanges are processed in two steps:
1) The returned item is refunded.
2) A new order is processed for the item requested in the exchange.

In your account you will see two transactions: one credit for the returned item and another charge for the item requested in the exchange. Although both are processed at the same time in our system, keep in mind that depending on the card issuing entity, the refund of the amount may take longer.
